Responsibilities

Deliver participant-focused support in home and community settings
Assist with personal care, transport, and daily living routines where required
Document shifts clearly and communicate emerging concerns promptly
Support participants to pursue goals with dignity and consistency

Requirements

Relevant disability support experience or strong transferable care experience
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
First aid, CPR, and clear communication skills
